Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 100cici. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same name, identification number, IP address, device, or payment method — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Your password must be kept confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact 100cici support immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly — funds are available in your account within seconds of processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same name as your 100cici account.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification — a valid proof of identity must be submitted.
• 100cici does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals.

• Rollover (wagering requirement) must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

• Wins or losses resulting from a technical error in the game software may be voided following an investigation.
• If a connection is lost during a game, 100cici will attempt to restore the game to its last saved state.
• For live casino, results announced by the dealer are final unless a technical error can be proven through video recording.
• Sports bets placed on matches that have started but not concluded at the time of a technical disruption will be settled based on the actual match result.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100cici platform:

• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the game software or platform systems.

• Fraud or activity suspected to be fraudulent.

Continued use of the 100cici platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, use of the platform, or 100cici services will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any further action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, while the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
